I am an emerging Creative based in Melbourne with a beaming enthusiasm for editorial aesthetics, space design and visual identity. In my personal and professional life, attention to detail has always been one of my strongest traits, as I take pride in the accuracy of my work. A little bit about my work ethic; I am highly organised, which allows me to stay on top of multiple tasks at once and prioritise them effectively. My sociability, eagerness and can-do attitude are part of my work ethic and are beneficial when interacting with others in a collaborative industry.
I completed a Bachelor of Design specialising in Creative Direction and Styling at Whitehouse Institute of Design in 2021. My studies included visual merchandising, fashion styling, interior design and styling, graphic design, event design, photography, and image retouching. My studies also covered copywriting, public relations, fashion production management, business planning, project budgeting and social media platforms. Throughout my degree, I created various engaging visual outcomes such as fashion editorials, moving images, brand image and restyling proposals, digital design, interactive and print advertising campaigns, and social media content for Instagram and TikTok. As an active social media user, I recognise the importance of its influence on individuals and, importantly keeping up to date with the latest trends to leverage its potential for positive outcomes and objectives. I believe the key to a successful brand is cohesive and engaging content, which is achieved and maintained through the consistent use of various elements and principles.
Take a look at my resume and I hope to add working with you to it!
As Backstage Assistant Manager my responsibilities are to ensure that what is supposed to happen during a show happens and to handle any problems that occur. To liaise with the producer, gallery manager and other departments, such as dressing, hair and makeup.
I am a backstage problem-solver and use my communication skills to manage tasks and troubles, such as locating late models, coordinating bus schedules, hustling hair and makeup teams, assisting in runway lineups, and articulating changes to stylists and producers.
My responsibilities for MFW were ensuring all models arrived on time for fittings, makeup and hair, and runways. Occasionally, models were late, absent, or pulled from the show, and my job was to communicate these updates between models, the model’s agency, the stylist, and the producer.
In this role, I was responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Backstage Managers and Production Team. My duties included overseeing models to ensure they arrived and departed for each show on time with the correct mode of transport.
My duties included overseeing models through hair and makeup and back of house zones to ensure they were on time for rehearsals and shows. Working under the direction of the BOH Manager and Assistant Manager.
If you would like to collaborate I would love to hear from you
